I accept all major insurance carriers and have self-pay options as well. I am unable to accept Medicare and Medicaid. Please call your insurance company and verify that I am in-network with your plan and learn what your nutrition counseling benefits are. Please let me know if you need assistance with this.
I am a Telehealth-only practice. If you have never had a Telehealth appointment before, no worries, it’s pretty simple. I use a patient portal called Practice Better that hosts our video calls and can be accessed via phone, tablet, or computer. This makes receiving personalized nutrition counseling easier than ever, from the comfort of your own home.

At your first session, we will complete a full assessment and discuss your goals, medical history, diet, and lifestyle. Please upload any labs that you’ve done within the last year.
At your second session, we will review your nutrition protocol, which includes lab, supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations. We will also put together a plan and decide on the frequency of future check-in sessions.
